A Ring from Mid 20th century. Totally unique and impressive cabochon AAA chalcedony ring set in a chunky 18K yellow gold. The rounded top blue chalcedony is elevated above the finger with open oval shape ornaments. Stone with open back. This ring makes quite the statement with a beautiful lavender-blue coloring!
Great ring for everyday wear.

History of Chalcedony

In both the Renaissance and 18th centuries in Europe, chalcedony was used as a talisman, for fortune-telling, and decorative purposes.
